Will it work for you or against you?

My mind keeps telling me negative things that later come true... how do I stop it?

Let me see if I understand what you're telling me. You're saying that your mind warns that something bad is going to happen in the future and you do nothing about it so the thing you were warned about happens. And your response is that you want to stop your mind warning you?
So, if you're driving your car along a road and you see a sign stating "Danger: cliff ahead", you're going to carry on regardless because the sign was "negative"?
How about an alternative solution that's actually sensible and reasonable: how about you pay attention to the "negative" thoughts, come up with a solution where they don't happen and adjust your actions so they don't happen. I mean, how many times does your mind have to prove that it knows what's going on? You tell me that it warns you of things and then they happen. That means that it was right.
So, pay attention. Think about it. And then act.
