According
to the Chinese, it's best to do this under trees at about 6 am in the
morning. But really any time and place is fine.
Whenever
you're stressed or anxious or upset or unhappy or confused, take
three deep breaths. Do not short change yourself. I'm not talking
about three tiny gasps, I mean the deepest breaths you can take. Make
each one deeper than the previous one.
Your
nervous system will appreciate the oxygen and the pause from the
stress you probably put yourself through on a daily basis.
