Will it work for you or against you?

What does the message "work smart, not hard" mean to you?

Working hard is best defined by the old cliche "Practice Makes Perfect".
Working smart is best defined by the more accurate "Perfect Practice Makes Perfect"
So you can either work hard and get it right some of the time by pure accident, whilst getting it wrong the rest of the time which not only wastes time, it usually undoes the few times you get it right; or you can work smart and just do the right stuff. In other words, working hard is "two steps forward, one step back" whilst working smart is "one step forward"
How do you learn to do the smart stuff? You learn.
That's why it's called working "smart".
